Compassion Works, Inc. is a Massachusetts 501 c(3) bilingual, culture-inclusive organization focusing on supporting and empowering immigrant youth and families to thrive socially, economically, and mentally. Since 2018, our team have utilized a holistic approach to provide comprehensive and culturally responsive services to families in the Greater Boston area and beyond. Compassion Works creates effective partnerships with youths, caretakers, and organizations to alleviate the stress and trauma of poverty and mental health and building sustainable communities.
Our mission is to support and empower youth and families facing homelessness in acquiring the tools and leverage to build economic growth and social stability.
Our Support Services include Comprehensive Case Management, Youth Mental Health Crisis Prevention, Adjustment Coaching, Education Coaching, Job Search Support, Housing Search Support, Tenancy Issues Resolution, Community Resource Navigation and Referrals, Basic Needs Supplies Provision and Distribution.
